1 Acceptance of Terms

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi government authority. Until age verification is completed to 229bdt's satisfaction, the platform may restrict deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity on your account.
2.2 Underage Play
If 229bdt determines at any point that an account is being used by a person under the age of 18, all winnings generated through that account will be forfeited, all deposits will be subject to return procedures, and the account will be immediately closed. 229bdt will report confirmed instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. 3 Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 229bdt platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Failed or Reversed Transactions
In the event that a deposit transaction is reversed, charged back, or otherwise returned to the originating payment account after the corresponding 229bdt account balance has been credited, 229bdt reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated player account and recover any funds wagered or withdrawn from the deposited amount. 5.1 General Bonus Terms

6.3 Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 229bdt and its provider partners reserve the right to declare the affected round void and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings derived from a game round affected by a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. 229bdt accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 229bdt platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of prohibited activity, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8 Account Closure & Suspension
Either you or 229bdt may close a player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (initiated by the player) or involuntary (initiated by 229bdt).
8.1 Voluntary Closure

- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
- Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from 229bdt.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notification to the registered email address.
- Where continued operation of the account would expose 229bdt to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Where an account is closed by 229bdt due to breach of these Terms & Conditions or prohibited conduct, 229bdt reserves the right to retain the account balance as compensation for losses or administrative costs arising from the breach, subject to applicable legal requirements.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to applying a dormancy designation, 229bdt will send a notification to the registered email address. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will have that balance preserved for a period of at least 24 months from the date of last activity. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support at [email protected].
8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 229bdt's liability to any player shall be limited to the return of the player's deposited funds (net of any applicable withdrawal fees and less any amounts forfeited under these Terms & Conditions). 229bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the 229bdt platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms
229bdt reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email. Your continued use of the 229bdt platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 above.
